Leads Wizards LLC provides online tools for invoice creation, client management, service management, PDF exports, public invoice links, invoice status tracking, and related business productivity features.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves, including during beta or early access periods.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account and business information and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

Do not share account access with unauthorized users.
Do not attempt to access another user account, client list, invoice, or business profile.
Notify us promptly at support@leadswizards.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of invoices, client details, service descriptions, tax amounts, payment instructions, and business information entered into the platform.

Leads Wizards LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or payment processing advice. You should consult qualified advisors for those matters.

5. Acceptable Use

The service may only be used for legitimate business purposes and must not be used for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, deceptive practices, illegal transactions, or harmful activity.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy and AML & Compliance Policy.

6. Payments and Future Paid Plans

The service may currently be offered during beta. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be displayed before purchase.

You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and charges associated with paid services you choose to purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

Leads Wizards LLC and its licensors own the service, website, software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these terms.

You retain ownership of business content you upload or enter, but you grant us the rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and support that content for operation of the service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates security or compliance risk, harms users or partners, or exposes Leads Wizards LLC to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Some records may be retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, payment collection, tax compliance, or suitability for a particular business purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leads Wizards LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
