1. Permitted Use

The service is intended for legitimate business invoicing, client management, service management, PDF invoice generation, public invoice links, and related productivity workflows.

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and platform policies.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activities.

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, fake invoices, or deceptive payment requests.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, or concealment of beneficial ownership.
  • Invoices for illegal goods or services, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, controlled substances, weapons, or exploitative content.
  • Adult sexual services, human trafficking, hate, harassment, threats, or violence.
  • Unlicensed financial services, investment schemes, gambling, high-risk lending, or regulated services without proper authorization.
  • Malware, spam, credential harvesting, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.
  • Violation of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or consumer protection rights.

3. Restricted and High-Risk Businesses

Certain business categories may require enhanced review or may be prohibited depending on legal, banking, payment provider, or risk requirements.

Leads Wizards LLC may request additional information about a user, business, invoice, customer, or transaction if activity appears unusual or high risk.

4. Security Requirements

Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, security measures, or user isolation controls.

Users must not access, modify, delete, export, or disclose another user's information unless explicitly authorized.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve records, or report activity to appropriate authorities or service providers when necessary.

We may also cooperate with payment, banking, compliance, hosting, and fraud-prevention partners to protect the platform and its users.
