1. Compliance Commitment

Leads Wizards LLC is committed to supporting lawful business activity and reducing the risk that its platform is used for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, or other illegal conduct.

The platform is an invoice builder and productivity tool. It is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, custodian, escrow service, or financial institution.

We may apply risk-based controls to accounts, invoices, client records, public links, email activity, and support requests.

Monitoring for unusual account, invoice, access, or sending patterns.
Reviewing reports of fraud, impersonation, deceptive invoices, or abuse.
Restricting or suspending accounts that create legal, compliance, security, or reputational risk.
Requesting additional business information when needed to understand account activity.
Maintaining records that help investigate abuse, disputes, or compliance concerns.

3. Prohibited Financial Crime Activity

Users may not use the service to create or distribute invoices connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, fraud, tax evasion, bribery, corruption, illegal trade, or other unlawful transactions.

4. Sanctions and Restricted Parties

Users must not use the service in violation of sanctions programs, export controls, or restrictions administered by applicable authorities. Users are responsible for ensuring that their business, customers, and transactions comply with applicable sanctions and trade rules.

5. Cooperation with Partners and Authorities

Where legally required or reasonably necessary, Leads Wizards LLC may preserve records, respond to lawful requests, cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, financial service providers, payment partners, hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, and professional advisors.

6. No Payment Custody

Leads Wizards LLC does not hold customer funds, process card payments, operate wallets, transmit money, or settle transactions through this invoice builder platform unless a separate payment feature is expressly introduced under additional terms.

Users remain responsible for payment instructions, tax compliance, invoice accuracy, and lawful collection of amounts from their customers.
